Ingredients
3 low fat sausages cut into chunks
4 rashers lean back bacon cut into
slices
2 tomatoes cut into wedges
1 slice bread cut into quarters
3 medium eggs whisked together &
seasoned
8 button mushrooms sliced

Method
Dry fry the sausages until browned
around 4 minutes, add tomato wedges, mushrooms and bacon to
pan. Cook for a further 3 minutes, add the bread to pan then
pour the eggs over all ingredients. Cook for 2 minutes. To
finish place pan under a pre heated grill for two to three
minutes, or until egg is cooked and the bread brown.
